Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences while supporting boutique leadership, coaching the sales team, and maintaining brand and operational standards at the South Coast Plaza boutique.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable, personalized service and act as a brand ambassador.
- Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices.
- Drive store and individual KPIs including appointments, conversion, repurchase rate, and UPT.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM updates.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and act as manager on duty when required.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
- Tailor client experiences and guide sales ceremony execution.
- Provide insights on fashion trends and market developments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with women's and men’s ready to wear.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and results driven performance.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with CRM and clienteling tools.
