Summary
Senior Client Advisor responsible for representing the brand, delivering exceptional client service, achieving individual and team sales objectives, and supporting store operations and team development. Acts as a role model, demonstrates advanced clienteling and product knowledge, and supports daily floor and stock activities.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and be accountable for sales results
- Welcome clients and provide tailored advice across all product categories
- Use clienteling tools to develop relationships and recruit new clients
- Support store operations including floor management, stock operations, and opening and closing duties
- Assist Store Manager with mentoring, onboarding, and team development
- Maintain high standards of grooming and brand behavior
- Participate in visual merchandising and after sales as needed
- Provide backup support to other Client Advisors and perform duties as required by store needs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury
- Business school or university education or equivalent experience
- Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
- Strong client service orientation and sales driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Social perceptiveness and problem solving abilities
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
