Summary
Senior Client Advisor serving as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional client experiences, support sales objectives, and mentor team members while upholding brand standards. The role involves clienteling across product categories, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to long term client relationships. Based at the Valley Fair store, the advisor will assist management with floor and stock duties and represent the brand in all client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for results
- Welcome clients and provide personalized advice across all product categories
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling using available tools
- Develop and maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge
- Support store management with floor management and opening and closing duties
- Mentor new team members and support integration through coaching or buddy systems
- Participate in stock operations, visual merchandising, and after sales as needed
- Act as a role model for grooming and behavior consistent with brand standards
- Provide support to other client advisors and ensure understanding of company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales preferably in luxury
- Education: Business school, university, or equivalent experience
- Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
- Strong client service orientation and social perceptiveness
- Action oriented, results driven, and strong problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Foreign language skills are a plus
