Senior Client Advisor - Valley Fair

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is an ambassador of the brand responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving individual and team sales objectives, and supporting store management in daily operations. This role requires advanced clienteling skills, product knowledge, and leadership to mentor teammates and uphold brand standards. The position operates on a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Clients and enhance their in-store experience across all product categories
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and be accountable for sales results
• Demonstrate sales leadership and develop long term client relationships through clienteling tools
• Support store operations including floor management opening and closing duties
• Assist with stock operations after sales and visual merchandising as needed
• Act as a role model and proactively support Store Manager in developing the team
• Provide support to other Client Advisors and help integrate newcomers
• Maintain high standards of grooming behavior and brand representation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales preferably in luxury
• Business school university degree or equivalent experience
• Computer literate with ability to learn various software packages
• Strong client service orientation communication and social perceptiveness
• Action oriented results driven and strong problem solving skills
• Passion for luxury product and appreciation for design
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
