Senior Client Advisor - Wrentham Outlet

As a Senior Client Advisor at Wrentham Outlet, you will play a key role in achieving both individual and team sales results. You will act as a Manager on Duty when required, coaching and guiding the sales team to ensure store operations meet brand standards.

• Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive and exceed individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, and Repurchase Rate.
• Enhance team performance by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
• Capture quality client information to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
• Supervise the sales floor and perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support visual merchandise presentation standards and inventory preparation.
• Maintain a professional and productive work environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Luxury Retail Companies.
• Excellent client service skills and a commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching individuals.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
