Summary

Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury boutique, upholding brand standards, and supporting boutique success through sales performance, mentorship, and store operations. Role includes clienteling, appointment selling, and acting as manager on duty when required. Flexible schedule with evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable service and tailor the client experience to exceed expectations.
• Drive individual and store KPIs including consignment, appointments, repurchase rate, UPT, conversion, and data enrichment.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM updates.
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty when required, overseeing floor operations and team coordination.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
• Support visual merchandising standards and inventory processes.
• Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in women’s and men’s ready-to-wear.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and maintain CRM data.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others and drive sales KPIs.
