Senior Client Advisor - Yorkdale

Summary

Senior Client Advisor role at a luxury boutique responsible for driving sales, expanding and maintaining a client book, and supporting store operations. The role requires strong product knowledge, service orientation, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends. The advisor will promote store events and ensure exceptional client follow up related to shipping and alterations.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow up
• Assist with shipping, alterations, and client issue resolution
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintain store image

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably luxury fashion
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Tech savvy with ability to learn and use various software programs
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Foreign languages considered a plus
