Senior Client Advisor responsible for driving sales and growing client relationships within the Yorkdale boutique. The role focuses on delivering luxury service, meeting individual and store targets, maintaining client records, and supporting store operations and image.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Apply product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up with clients
• Manage shipping, alterations, and client issue resolution
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining store image
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Proven client book strongly preferred
• Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales
• Passion for luxury product and appreciation for design
• Tech savvy with ability to learn various software programs
• Service oriented and customer focused
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Foreign languages considered a plus
