The Senior Client Advisor will oversee the client advisor team alongside store leadership, drive sales and KPIs, and deliver a sophisticated, personalized client experience while supporting team development and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the client advisor team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development for team members

- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to visitors and clients

- Support front and back of house teams and uphold company policies and procedures

- Professional experience in fashion and accessory retail customer service or luxury hospitality
