Responsibilities
- Drive creative vision for in-store experiences across full-line stores, translating brand narratives and merchandising strategies into customer-centric designs.
- Own the end-to-end concept design process, from ideation through adaptation and rollout across multiple store formats and scales.
- Establish and maintain design standards to ensure consistency across categories and store types.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external designer brands, aligning diverse stakeholders toward shared creative goals.
- Present concepts clearly to brand partners and executive leadership and document decisions, changes, and rationale throughout projects.
- Gather and synthesize requirements across stakeholders to produce solution-based design outcomes; travel up to 50% to support execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in concept design through project execution, with a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven background in experiential design within fast-paced luxury retail environments and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to build trust across multidisciplinary teams and drive effective decision-making.
- Proficiency in industry tools such as SketchUp, 3D rendering software, Revit/AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% in support of business goals.
