Responsibilities- Identify opportunities to streamline credit and collection processes through automation and simplification.
- Oversee credit and collection accounts receivable management for all Maisons.
- Manage credit support and reporting for brand leadership and operations teams.
- Lead efforts to integrate newly acquired brands into the Credit team’s responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key and high-risk customer accounts.
- Escalate high-risk customers and collaborate to resolve and mitigate losses.
- Work with third-party collection agencies and legal to recover monies owed.
- Identify and resolve accounts receivable related issues.
- Lead the month-end AR close process and prepare related reporting.
- Lead the performance of Assistant Credit Managers and Credit Analysts.
- Provide training and resources for new team hires.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for credit analysts.
- Assess credit risk for new customers and approve credit limit requests.
- Collaborate with brand management on sales strategies and collection issues.
- Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures.
- Manage external audit requests related to wholesale AR.
- Partner with IT for credit process enhancements.
Requirements- Minimum of 10 years of accounts receivable and credit-related experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with excellent Excel skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimization.
- Proactive self-starter with demonstrated initiative and reliability.
- Proven leadership skills with experience tracking team KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with personnel and partners.
