- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Fluency with descriptive and inferential statistical techniques.
- Proficiency in extracting large data sets using SQL.
- Experience managing large projects or workstreams.
- Strong critical thinking and storytelling skills.
- Experience in retail industry analytics is preferred.
