Senior Designer Creative

Summary

Senior Designer responsible for concepting and executing creative design solutions for architectural store signage, retail graphics, packaging, and corporate collateral. Works closely with the Creative Director, cross functional partners, external agencies, and vendors to maintain and develop graphic standards and internal branding materials. Position requires strong typographic sensibility, 3D signage knowledge, and advanced Adobe skills. In office presence Monday - Friday at headquarters in Corte Madera.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and execute designs for architectural signage and retail graphics
• Design packaging, PR materials, and corporate collateral
• Create and maintain graphic standards and style guides
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on company standards
• Work with external agencies and vendor partners on production and implementation
• Review proofs, material samples, and production elements for quality and accuracy
• Manage multiple projects in a fast paced creative environment and meet deadlines
• Communicate design intent both verbally and in written correspondence with stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of graphic design experience
• Experience with retail graphics, packaging, and architectural store signage
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Excellent typographic and creative skills with a strong sense of style
• Understanding of 3D signage materials such as metal and paint
• Experience working in a fast paced creative studio environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to work on a team
