Summary
The Senior Designer, Digital & Social is a hands-on creative role responsible for shaping the brand across digital and social touchpoints. This person owns projects from brief through final execution, developing distinctive visual concepts and executing still and motion content for e-commerce, email, banners, and social. They collaborate with Creative, Social, Digital, Marketing, and external partners while maintaining a high standard of craft and visual consistency. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, typography, art direction, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own digital and social design projects from brief through concept, design, and final execution.
- Develop distinctive creative concepts and a clear visual point of view that meet creative and business objectives.
- Create digital assets across email, banners, landing pages, e-commerce PDPs, and other digital touchpoints.
- Design still and motion content for organic and paid social that is social-first and culturally relevant.
- Support campaign and social photoshoots including creative development and art direction.
- Crop and prepare product imagery for web and e-retail platforms to meet specifications.
- Partner with Global Design on templates, guidelines, and visual systems.
- Present creative concepts and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor design, digital, social, cultural, and technology trends and explore new tools including AI.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, branding, and campaign work with a clear creative point of view.
- Excellent typography, layout, composition, art direction, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of social-first design and digital experiences across web, e-commerce, email, and paid and organic social.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere); Figma experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, present and defend ideas, and collaborate effectively.
- Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to design craft and detail.
