Senior Designer Luxury Accessories

As a Senior Designer in Luxury Accessories at Ralph Lauren, you will lead the development of luxury leather goods collections for both men and women. Your role will involve creating sophisticated designs that align with the Ralph Lauren brand, utilizing your expertise in trend research, concept development, and innovative design techniques.

• Develop luxury leather goods collections, including bags, belts, and small leather goods.
• Research trends and propose innovative ideas for color and material animations.
• Collaborate with Merchandisers and R&D teams to ensure cohesive collection development.
• Participate in bespoke experiences and support the Bespoke Manager.
• Support creative initiatives across all departments.

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Fashion Design or related field.
• 5 years of experience in designing handbags, small leather goods, and belts.
• Proficiency in sketching, computer rendering, and 3D mockups.
• Experience working with international and domestic factories.
• Ability to create technical design packs and specifications.
• Knowledge of high-quality leathers and novelty fabrications.
• Experience in presenting seasonal concepts to executive team members.
