Job Description

Summary

The Senior Director of Client Development at Hermès will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer acquisition and retention through strategic initiatives across various product universes including Women, Men, Fine Jewelry, Beauty & Fragrances, and Equestrian. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client development strategies leveraging data insights and feedback.
  • Define client action plans and map client journeys for long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate with experts to identify client opportunities and ensure alignment on bespoke experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address client development gaps and create solutions.
  • Establish strong client relationships and monitor competitive activities.
  • Work with the Client Experience team to create elevated client experiences.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Elevated leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Flexible with schedule changes to meet business needs.
