Senior Director - Client Development

Summary

Senior Director of Client Development responsible for leading client development across Women, Men and Lifestyle universes, partnering with CRM, analytics, retail and ecommerce to drive sales and deliver elevated client experiences. Role oversees client development experts across multiple categories and develops strategies, action plans and client journeys to strengthen acquisition and loyalty. Position includes supervisory and budgetary responsibility and requires collaboration with cross functional teams to design bespoke services and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop client development strategy leveraging data insights and stakeholder feedback
• Define client action plans with client development experts and métier partners
• Map client journeys by segment and métier to inform long term strategy
• Partner with CRM and analytics to identify customer behaviors and target clients for events
• Work with Maison and Watch métiers to identify client opportunities and ensure alignment
• Collaborate with Learning and Development and Merchandising on training and selling ceremony modules
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and accompany clients to events as needed
• Coordinate with Client Experience to plan animations calendar and bespoke experiences
• Monitor competitive activity and formulate response strategies

Requirements

• 10+ years in sales experience
• College degree preferred
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Elevated leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multi task and remain even tempered
• Self starter able to work independently
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Experience partnering with CRM and analytics teams
