Senior Director Finance Technology

The Senior Director, Finance Technology will lead a high-performing team in Seattle, focusing on strategic planning, value creation, and articulating the impact of our Technology Investment portfolio to key stakeholders and executives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills to develop a value creation framework and measure organizational success against KPIs.

• Champion change and process improvement across finance and business.
• Provide coaching and inspiration to the team to prioritize work and guide career development.
• Lead Technology financial planning, measurement, and governance.
• Support financial planning through month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze results and provide recommendations on investment shifts and trends.
• Track and communicate performance through regular reporting.
• Drive ad-hoc analyses for strategic decisions.
• Partner with executive management and key stakeholders to address future business changes.
• Build and develop an efficient team of finance professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in finance or economics with scope and accountability progression.
• Strong team leader with a passion for teaching early and mid-career professionals.
• Skilled with corporate metrics and analytical methods.
• Experienced in driver-based model building.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial analysis into actionable business communications.
