Summary
The Senior Director of Supply Chain will lead and optimize Fresh’s end-to-end global supply chain operations, including demand planning, production and material planning, inventory management, logistics, and item master management. This role drives supply chain strategy, cost efficiencies, and continuous improvement while supporting product flow from suppliers to customers. The position partners closely with Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and global LVMH supply chain teams and supports ERP initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily supply chain activities to ensure efficient product flow and on-time delivery.
- Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs and proactively address performance issues.
- Manage and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives across logistics, warehousing, and procurement in collaboration with Purchasing and Finance.
- Lead demand forecasting and develop global supply plans in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
- Oversee material and production planning with contract manufacturers and optimize schedules.
- Manage inventory levels to balance service and cost, with regular reporting and collaboration with Finance.
- Supervise global freight, warehousing, customs operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate supply chain master data in the ERP and support a new ERP implementation.
- Lead, hire, and develop the supply chain team and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience with at least 5 years in a management role, preferably in cosmetics or consumer goods.
- Broad knowledge across procurement, production, distribution, and inventory management.
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving cost efficiencies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to inform supply chain decisions.
- Experience managing and negotiating with 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Advanced hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Microsoft AX, SAP Public Cloud).
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills; Master’s degree preferred.
