Summary
Senior leader responsible for elevating supply chain and manufacturing to support future scale, managing international teams and overseas manufacturing partners, and ensuring product manufacturing and T&A calendar milestones are met. This role is based in the New Orleans or New York headquarters five days a week and requires regional travel to visit manufacturing partners for extended stays.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full product lifecycle calendar and T and A milestones
- Drive accountability across design, sourcing, planning, and marketing to validate timelines
- Lead project management check ins and identify manufacturing efficiency improvements
- Manage end to end supply chain, demand planning, and inventory purchasing
- Serve as key connector between design, planning, and finance on ordering and buying strategy
- Manage and grow U.S. and international based team members and communications
- Monitor and elevate reporting and KPIs to be more robust and automated
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflow and resource utilization
- Oversee integration and optimization of technology within operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years managing product concept to market through international supply chains
- Experience managing Asia based teams and international manufacturing partners in China or SE Asia
- Ability to travel in region for 2 to 4 weeks one to two times per quarter and travel to New Orleans as needed
- Proven ability to interface with creative, design, manufacturing, and production functions
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities
- Highly proficient in project management tools and ERP systems with implementation experience
- Proven track record of strategic leadership in a corporate setting
