Summary
The Senior Director Systems Integration owns execution of the enterprise systems roadmap and integration layer to support scalable omni-channel operations. This role leads implementations, ensures data integrity and system adoption, and partners across Operations, Retail, E-Commerce, Wholesale, Product, and Finance. The position is based in the New Orleans or New York headquarters and reports to the VP, Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of enterprise systems roadmap across ERP, WMS/OMS, POS, CRM, PLM, finance, and BI
- Drive implementations, upgrades, and migrations with on-time, on-budget delivery
- Design and maintain integration architecture for omni-channel order flows including DTC e-commerce, retail, wholesale, BOPIS, ship-from-store, and 3PL
- Establish and enforce master data management standards and data governance
- Partner with functional owners to define requirements, map processes, and redesign workflows
- Lead change management including SOPs, training, help-desk enablement, and communications
- Manage external vendors, integrators, and technology partners including scopes and SLAs
- Ensure operational controls such as audit trails, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery
Requirements
- 8-12+ years leading enterprise systems and integrations for consumer, retail, or omni-channel brands
- Proven ownership of ERP (NetSuite preferred), WMS/OMS, POS, CRM, PLM, and finance tools
- Strong understanding of omni-channel integrations including EDI, 3PL, APIs, and middleware
- Deep data orientation with experience in MDM, data integrity, KPI design, and BI tools
- SQL and modern BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI strongly preferred
- Ability to translate business requirements into system designs and executable workstreams
- Strong communication skills to align executives and cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
