Senior Distribution Center Associate

Summary

Assist with physical inventories and stock rotation while working with teams and leadership to maintain high-quality distribution center practices. Support accurate, safe, and efficient product movement throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products using forklifts or other powered equipment.
• Use radio equipment for picking, receiving, put-away, and loading tasks, and complete picking efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, verify inbound and outbound shipments, and report quality variances or damage.
• Keep equipment and materials clean and orderly, and follow safety practices and applicable laws.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of distribution experience.
• Basic mathematics and reading skills, with a strong understanding of inventory flow.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
