- 7+ years of professional experience in the software engineering industry.
- Expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs (Golang, Java, Python).
- Experience working with data warehouses like BigQuery.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Test automation experience at all levels, including Unit, Integration, Regression, and load testing.
- Familiarity with ops tools, logging, and metrics (New Relic, Splunk, CloudWatch).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.
- A passion for mentoring peers, innovation, clean code, and learning new technologies.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a bias toward action.
- Experience in Ad Tech is a plus.
