Job Description

Summary

The Senior Executive Assistant to the Head of Global RL Home is a high-trust strategic partner who enables leadership effectiveness across a fast-paced, globally distributed organization. The role manages complex global calendars, prepares and elevates executive-level materials, coordinates travel and expenses, and drives operational improvements and special projects. The assistant operates with discretion, independent judgment, and serves as an informal leader within the business support team.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex global calendar management and prioritize time to align with business objectives.
  • Prepare, edit, and elevate executive materials, briefs, agendas, and meeting readiness documents.
  • Coordinate executive travel, expenses, invoices, and logistics for the Home leadership team.
  • Establish systems to track milestones, deliverables, communications, and follow ups across teams.
  • Lead and support special projects requiring cross-functional coordination and independent judgment.
  • Provide backup support, mentorship, and coordination for other Executive Assistants and onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Significant experience supporting senior executives in a complex, preferably global, organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word with ability to produce polished executive materials.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, discretion, and high emotional intelligence when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work across time zones in a hybrid environment and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
