Senior Financial Analyst - Technology

The Senior Financial Analyst in Technology will support financial processes and cross-functional partnerships within the Technology and Finance organizations. This hybrid role requires a balance of in-office and remote work, focusing on P&L insights, strategic partnerships, and executive business decision support.

• Analyze and present Technology investment performance through regular reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Drive and execute the capitalization process for labor and non-labor, partnering with the Technology organization.
• Manage key processes and provide business insights related to monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, and other corporate functions to develop financial models for new strategies.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects to support executive-level decisions.
• Drive process optimization and efficiency initiatives to improve reporting timelines.

• 3+ years of related experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle-Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, and/or SQL is a plus.
• Ability to manage priorities and timelines independently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders across the business.
