Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst supports U.S. FP&A for retail stores and e-commerce operations. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role partners with Sales, Retail Operations, Marketing, and HR to provide financial insights and actionable recommendations that support business performance.
Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial and transactional data and translate findings into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations.
- Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders to inform business decisions and coordinate workstreams.
- Support month-end close, accrual accounting, management reporting, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, variance analysis, and month-end close.
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems; SAP and Power BI experience are preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
- Retail, luxury goods, omnichannel, or consumer products experience is highly desired.
