Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Digital Servicing Platform

Summary

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will design, build, and support the Digital Servicing Platform used by customer care agents and customers. This role delivers end-to-end features across web UIs, APIs, and event-driven services, mentors other engineers, and participates in a hybrid Seattle-based engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features for Interaction Management and Digital Servicing platforms using React, Java, and C#/.NET.
• Integrate with services and event streams across the technology organization to support customer and agent experiences.
• Participate in on-call rotation to diagnose and resolve production incidents using telemetry and monitoring tools.
• Write maintainable code, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines; design reusable cross-platform components.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years building RESTful services and event-driven applications.
• Experience with Web UI development (React, Redux, Node.js, TypeScript) and object-oriented languages (Java, C#/.NET).
• Experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, DynamoDB, Lambda, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, test automation, observability tools (New Relic, Splunk), strong communication skills, and on-call experience.
