- Maintain expert knowledge of global brand standards and ensure design solutions support global initiatives.
- Manage complex projects and synthesize direction from key stakeholders.
- Provide graphic design expertise to increase visual impact and effectiveness of brand materials.
- Archive and create libraries for graphic production art and related assets.
- Manage projects from concept development through execution within project schedules and deadlines.
- Onboard new designers and provide resources and support.
- Provide creative and innovative approaches under challenging deadlines.
- Support photo studio onset by supervising and providing support for visuals.
Requirements- Post graduate degree or diploma in graphic design preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or retail organization.
- Proficiency in MS Suite and graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Strong conceptual ability and attention to detail.
- Experience in digital/web production and design, with user interface design experience.
- Exceptional skills in design and typography.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Experience in motion graphics and text animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of UX principles and best practices.
- Passion for retail, digital design, in-store marketing, and new trends in graphic design.
