Summary
Senior Graphic Designer responsible for concept-to-execution design across campaigns, product storytelling, eCommerce, packaging, social, and retail environments. Partner with Art Direction, Photo, Marketing, and cross functional teams to ensure consistent, elevated brand expression. Based in the New York City headquarters on site five days a week and focused on luxury level refinement and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute campaign creative for product launches and brand initiatives.
- Develop concept driven visual narratives grounded in typography and composition.
- Create high performing digital assets for email, paid media, website, and social channels.
- Design premium packaging, print collateral, in store signage, and retail assets.
- Prepare files, proof color, and communicate with vendors to ensure production accuracy.
- Build presentation decks to articulate strategy, mood, and design logic.
- Collaborate with Creative, Photo, Brand, Marketing, and Retail teams and present work confidently.
- Uphold and evolve the visual identity to ensure consistency across channels.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional graphic design experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or top tier agency environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating elevated taste, precise typography, and strong conceptual thinking.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong eye for visual hierarchy, color, spatial rhythm, and refined composition.
- Experience or interest in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Ability to move between high level concept and pixel level execution with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting creative rationale.
- Organized, proactive work ethic and ability to deliver on tight timelines.
