Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omnichannel distribution and commercial development strategies.
- Lead high level negotiations with retailer partners to maximize partnership value and market share.
- Manage and mentor a team to drive performance and strategic initiatives.
- Use analytics and market intelligence to inform strategic decision making.
- Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to align commercial priorities.
- Identify new growth opportunities and business models across digital and physical channels.
- Represent the company in senior level forums and strategic negotiations.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and solve complex operational challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing business development merchant buying digital marketing or analytics and reporting.
- Prior direct account management and negotiation experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong analytical skills including retail math and financial modeling proficiency.
- Advanced presentation and communication skills for senior management.
- Comfortable with data analysis and senior level presentations.
- Digital expertise a plus including site merchandising SEM SEO and paid social KPIs.
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 10-20 days annually.
