Senior Group Director Fashion Retail

As a Senior Group Director in Fashion Retail at Chanel, you will be a key leader in our Fashion Retail Leadership Team, driving strategic objectives and enhancing client experiences across our boutiques in Florida. You will collaborate with various divisions to ensure a seamless client experience and act as a transformational leader to evolve Chanel's retail organization.

• Act as the voice of the region, making strategic recommendations to support retail business objectives.
• Champion a client-centric mindset across all boutique levels.
• Collaborate with Watches and Fine Jewelry and Fragrance and Beaute divisions for consistent client experiences.
• Galvanize Boutique leaders around Chanel's vision and strategic focuses.
• Identify industry trends and maintain awareness of competitor activities.
• Encourage empowerment and development of boutique employees.
• Provide consistent vision on talent evaluation and performance management.
• Drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in partnership with leadership and HR.
• Instill operational efficiency and strengthen partnerships across functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a multi-boutique or store environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Partially remote role requiring a minimum of three days in-person presence.
• Ability to travel up to 60%, including international travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical strength to identify business trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ability to work across multiple retail business models.
