Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Group Sales Manager in Beverly Hills, you will oversee a group of departments within the store, fostering partnerships across departments to create a customer-focused sales experience. You will work on-site and report to the Store General Manager or Director of Sales Experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of multiple Managers and Store Associates.
  • Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with business partners.
  • Fulfill store Senior Leadership responsibilities including business analysis and strategy implementation.
  • Achieve maximum sales growth following company vision and values.
  • Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, business strategy, and market knowledge.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, prioritization, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
