Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for the West Coast, Mexico & Brazil, to join our team in Los Angeles. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will manage HR policies and programs, focusing on recruitment, development, employee relations, and compensation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, and induction processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources to build the applicant pool.
  • Assess talent and identify opportunities for skill-building and mobility.
  • Act as an organizational development liaison and advisor to leadership.
  • Coach and educate managers and employees in HR skills and conflict resolution.
  • Investigate employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Monitor employee costs and ensure budget compliance.
  • Guide managers through performance management and salary review processes.
  • Assist with employee benefits inquiries and payroll questions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR generalist management experience.
  • Ability to work in an international environment; luxury retail experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor relations laws and practices.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment and business skills.
  • Facilitation, influencing, coaching, and counseling skills essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday and Dayforce a plus.
