Summary

The Senior Home Delivery Associate supports warehouse and home delivery operations while helping elevate the customer experience. This role provides customer service and administrative support and contributes to departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide administrative support, run daily reports, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support departmental goals and follow security procedures.
• Help keep the warehouse clean and free of debris.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math and reading skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing and distribution, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, time management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing needs, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
