Job Description

Summary

Senior HR Business Partner responsible for delivering HR solutions across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, HR operations, and training for service centers and client relations locations. The role partners with cross functional teams and provides hands on presence across multiple sites to support organizational effectiveness and talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic HR Business Partner for service centers, e commerce team, and client relations center
  • Provide hands on HR presence in locations and advise management on people related priorities
  • Manage employee relations including investigations, discipline, and dispute resolution
  • Lead full cycle recruiting and maintain applicant tracking documentation
  • Manage HR headcount budget and organizational charts
  • Implement talent acquisition programs and manage vendor relationships
  • Coordinate and facilitate training including new hire orientation and compliance
  • Manage annual performance review and new hire review processes
  • Support development and administration of HR projects and programs

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HRBP role
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and compliance
  • Experience with full recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Excel PowerPoint Word and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with sound judgment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in teams
