Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Summary

Senior HR Business Partner responsible for delivering strategic HR support to the Southern Region, partnering with store leadership and HR teams to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Role requires both on-site boutique presence and office work in Miami or New York City and supports multiple store locations and retail employees. The position coordinates HR operations, headcount budgeting, and implementation of people programs to align workforce with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR Business Partner for the Southern Region.
• Provide hands-on HR support with physical and virtual presence in boutiques.
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and recommend employment actions.
• Lead full cycle recruiting and maintain applicant tracking and job descriptions.
• Manage HR headcount budget and organizational charts for the region.
• Conduct regular meetings with store leaders for talent reviews and succession planning.
• Manage annual performance review process and new hire review cycles.
• Support implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and special projects.
• Advise and coach managers on disciplinary processes and dispute resolution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven HR leadership in multiunit, high volume retail or service environments.
• Experience with full recruitment lifecycle and HRIS tools.
• Strong employee relations, talent development, and performance management skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, compliance, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Travel to boutiques required approximately twice per year.
