We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support both our corporate and retail teams. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure effective HR operations. Responsibilities
- Support HR needs for both corporate and retail employees, ensuring seamless operations across all locations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage leaves of absence (LOA) administration and workplace accommodations with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle employee relations, including conducting thorough and impartial investigations as needed.
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee payroll processes through ADP Comprehensive Services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity using ADP WorkforceNow or similar systems, and manage compliance documentation.
- Travel occasionally to retail locations to foster team engagement and support on-site HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership on performance management, employee coaching, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably within luxury retail or multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven expertise in recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP WorkforceNow.
- Ability to work independently with a solutions-focused, detail-oriented approach.
- Experience conducting employee relations investigations and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively at all organizational levels.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
