Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and waste elimination using lean and six sigma methodologies.
- Develop and maintain process flow maps for scoped processes.
- Collect analyze and synthesize large data sets to identify root causes and variances.
- Recommend process equipment and system design alternatives to enhance operations.
- Identify store wide improvement initiatives and iterate current to future state.
- Conduct time and motion studies validate methods and approve engineered labor standards.
- Use labor standards data to identify opportunities to close performance gaps.
- Champion and lead Standard Work efforts and partner with national program teams for training alignment.
- Develop business cases and requirements for innovative system solutions networkwide.
Requirements
- 8 years of Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience minimum.
- At least 3 years experience in a supply chain or store operations fulfillment environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering required; master's preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of technical documentation including architectural mechanical electrical and software.
- Subject matter expertise in discrete event simulation and modeling programming capabilities.
- Ability to travel approximately 50-75 percent.
- Proven experience leading cross functional initiatives and engaging senior leadership.
