- Provide leadership and mentorship to site-based managers and technicians.
- Develop and implement reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
- Offer guidance on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues using analytical techniques.
- Ensure compliance with standard CMMS tools and processes.
- Partner with strategic sourcing professionals for cost savings opportunities.
- Work with finance and accounting to produce accurate reports and analyses.
- Develop multi-year capital improvement project plans and manage their completion.
Requirements- Four-year degree in a related discipline or relevant experience.
- 8-10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operations.
- Experience managing MHE, Controls, and PIT operations.
- Proficient data analyst with strong process development skills.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints.
- Familiarity with building systems and commercial leases.
- Six Sigma, Lean, or other operational excellence certifications preferred.
- Excellent project management and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- MBA or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification a plus.
