Summary
The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence And Innovation will lead the Open Innovation teams learnings pipeline and analytics efforts, driving experimentation, measurement and strategic insights to shape the future of luxury. This hybrid role partners cross functionally to design experiments, own analytics infrastructure and report findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the teams learnings pipeline and govern methodologies for projects and experiments
- Act as data owner for experiments, overseeing analytics infrastructure setup and data collection
- Design and collaborate on experience setups to ensure experiments meet objectives
- Execute analysis of experiment results and synthesize learnings into clear reports and narratives
- Set up and maintain analytics reporting systems and deliver regular KPI reporting to senior management
- Drive experiments related to client and employee analytics and insights
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance measurement and innovation capabilities
- Source, scope and manage third party analytics vendors and coordinate external agencies
- Support portfolio planning and integration of experimental insights into strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years experience in a strategic role with exposure to business intelligence consulting or business strategy
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools and experiment analysis
- Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills to translate analysis into business language
- Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
- Experience influencing across multifunctional teams and matrixed organizations
- Interest in emerging technology including AI and new analytical methodologies
