Summary
Senior Manager, Business Management will support the Executive VP of Merchandising Strategy and Planning as an advisor and enabler, driving inventory and merchandising transformation. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership, program management, and cross functional communication to measure performance and enable decision making. The role requires strong business acumen, data driven problem solving, and the ability to lead large scale initiatives and change.
Responsibilities
- Support Executive VP and Inventory Leadership in strategic planning and decision making
- Track KPIs and support business review cadence with Finance and Merchandising leaders
- Manage complex cross functional projects and program initiatives
- Develop measurement standards and align metrics to business outcomes
- Drive cross cutting strategic initiatives and provide recommendations
- Assess and improve leadership effectiveness, meeting cadence and accountability
- Lead data collection, analysis, and creation of executive materials to inform decisions
- Develop and execute internal communications strategy and change management plans
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in merchandising, business administration, program management, or strategic planning
- Proven success in formulating strategy and guiding implementation
- Strong project management skills and merchandising domain understanding
- Experience leading large scale transformation or turnaround efforts
- Ability to leverage data to influence executive decision making
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills including Power Point
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate across all organizational levels
