Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Manager at Louis Vuitton's Client Service Center in Irving, TX, you will lead a team of five Team Managers to optimize client service performance and ensure all client interactions align with the Louis Vuitton experience. You will collaborate with the Retail network to cultivate client relations and efficiently handle client queries.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of five Team Managers to achieve optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the Retail network to enhance client relations.
  • Ensure client interactions align with the Louis Vuitton experience.
  • Handle client queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in a similar role managing leaders and work teams.
  • Proven track record in developing successful teams.
  • Strong understanding of Digital and Retail Client Experience.
  • Luxury etiquette, style, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both written and verbally.
  • Knowledge of the luxury sector and market.
  • Home internet speeds of at least 50 MBPS and a secure, private space for remote work.
