Senior Manager Commercial Planning And Reporting

As a Senior Manager of Commercial Planning and Reporting, you will play a crucial role in developing strategic business plans and overseeing the planning of annual retail sales to ensure financial targets are met. This position offers a hybrid working schedule, with three fixed days in the office and two days remote, based in our New York office.

• Partner with Sales to develop strategic business plans and oversee the planning of annual retail sales and net plans.
• Review and recommend strategies to improve account productivity and growth.
• Align financial plans to franchise by account and mix of business.
• Produce business analytics to support the global brand, including standard monthly and quarterly reports.
• Provide summaries of findings and recommendations from report analyses.
• Create and publish weekly and monthly retail reports for the North America team and executive committee.
• Ensure data accuracy for all reporting and articulate business drivers, observations, learnings, and actions.
• Report on and plan product discontinuation phase-out and manage financial impact.

• 7 years of experience in sales & operations, finance, or corporate planning.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
• Strong business acumen and financial aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• Proven project management skills.
