Summary
Senior finance leader responsible for overseeing global consolidation and financial reporting for the organization and LVMH Group. Role leads multi-currency consolidation, ensures compliance with reporting standards, partners with group finance and auditors, and drives process improvements and automation initiatives. Position requires delivering executive-ready analysis and supporting finance transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Lead multi-currency consolidation, FX translation, and foreign exchange analysis
- Manage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and inventory margin
- Ensure accurate accounting for accruals, provisions, and inventory reserves
- Prepare and review group reporting packages including actuals, forecasts, and budgets
- Partner with LVMH Group Finance, external auditors, and local market finance teams
- Drive close acceleration, process improvements, and control enhancements
- Provide clear variance analysis and executive-ready insights to leadership
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or global accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles; US GAAP exposure a plus
- Experience in a large, international, matrix organization
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and macros
- ERP experience such as AX Dynamics or Oracle
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Comfortable operating in a high-expectation transformation environment
