Senior Manager, Finance - Technology (Forecasting & Reporting)

Summary

The Senior Manager of Technology Finance leads forecasting, reporting, and financial systems modernization. This role partners with senior Finance and Technology leaders on strategic planning and executive reporting while managing and developing a team of finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities with the Senior Director of Technology Finance and support long-term planning, annual budgeting, and executive reporting.
• Lead end-to-end forecasting, monthly close, and management reporting for Technology.
• Modernize reporting and automate financial models using Oracle Fusion and other appropriate tools.
• Coach and develop a team of finance subject-matter experts and collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Sourcing, and Technology.
• Promote effective use of AI and establish finance processes, governance, and standards.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing individual contributors and advising senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, including SmartView, and Workday.
• Experience with finance transformation, scalable driver-based financial models, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Bachelor's degree; Finance or Accounting preferred. Strong Excel, communication, and executive presentation skills.
