Responsibilities- Travel to Italy twice a year for seasonal buy campaigns.
- Align collection assortment with HQ guidelines to meet regional financial targets.
- Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports, analyses, and action plans based on financial data and store feedback.
- Analyze sales and stock to maximize efficiency and drive sell-through.
- Support stores with communication, follow-up, and regular visits.
- Partner with Retail Merchandise Planner for forecasting activities.
- Deliver seasonal product trainings and support product launches.
- Visit key markets to understand regional client needs and trends.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Team for collection launches and store openings.
- Build productive relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
Requirements- Strong understanding of the men's luxury market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Men's RTW buying and assortment management.
- Excellent analytical ability and retail math proficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of merchandising systems preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally for up to 3 weeks at a time.
