Summary
The Senior Manager, Network Development leads retail development projects from initial business brief through boutique opening across a regional scope. This role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, operational readiness, and successful delivery of boutique openings, relocations, renovations, and expansions.
Responsibilities
- Develop project briefs, business cases, sales forecasts, and strategic rationale for boutique development projects.
- Lead cross-functional taskforces and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
- Establish governance frameworks, facilitate stakeholder decision-making, and prepare executive updates and presentations.
- Coordinate operational readiness, recruitment, training, client strategy, assortment planning, and boutique activation through launch and stabilization.
- Maintain project management tools, dashboards, reporting standards, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, retail development, operations, or luxury retail.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in boutique development, retail expansion, store openings, hospitality, or luxury environments is preferred.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills; advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
