Senior Manager, Operations Multi-Store

Summary

The Senior Manager, Operations Multi-Store leads operations across multiple store locations, partnering with store and central teams to improve sales, profitability, service, and execution. This role develops operations talent and drives fulfillment, expense management, inventory security, and store presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain operations and support teams across multiple stores.
• Deliver operational metrics, including expense, shortage, EBIT, productivity, staffing, and fulfillment compliance.
• Partner with store leaders and central teams to drive profitability, forecasting, and operational strategies.
• Ensure audit, merchandise security, markdown, fulfillment, and presentation standards are met.
• Monitor customer feedback and coordinate improvements to service and store conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of direct experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
