- Create OTB plans to maximize sales potential and inventory efficiency.
- Monitor sales and inventory performance, providing updates and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Contribute to inventory optimization through transfers, reallocations, and setting new boutique targets.
- Manage end-of-product lifecycle planning according to global guidelines.
- Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate on long-range planning as part of Chanel’s annual MTP process.
- Drive implementation of new technology and processes to improve forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with various teams to substantiate forecast assumptions and drive project execution.
- Participate in cross-functional taskforces and address impromptu requests in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Minimum 7 years of merchandise planning experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and retail math skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge in merchandise, assortment, and financial planning initiatives.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems with a proactive mindset.
