Summary
Senior Manager of Product Management responsible for defining and executing the multi-year roadmap for intelligent inventory and supply chain systems. Lead a team of Product Managers to deliver data-driven capabilities that improve visibility, accuracy, automation, and financial performance across the end-to-end network.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers focused on enterprise inventory health and control capabilities.
- Define and execute product vision and multi-year roadmaps for visibility and automation across supply chain systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, Transportation, and Technology to align priorities and outcomes.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable product frameworks and measurable KPIs.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to design intelligent systems and data models.
- Monitor customer and operational needs and incorporate industry trends into product innovation.
- Review operating practices to identify automation and simplification opportunities.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.
- Champion enterprise product standards, governance, and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience including 4+ years managing teams in technology, retail, or supply chain.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale data driven or operational systems that improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Deep knowledge of inventory, supply chain, or fulfillment systems and platform solutions.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills using data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Technical fluency collaborating with Engineering and Data Science.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and lead teams through change.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
